# Intercept Azure billing > Dated, sourced information about the Azure invoice for organisations in the EU: moving from an Enterprise Agreement (EA), MCA-E or pay-as-you-go (credit card) to Microsoft CSP, paying Microsoft by invoice, and discounts on Azure usage. Published by Intercept BV (the Netherlands), Azure Expert MSP and CSP partner. Language: English. Updated: 2026-10-17. Key points, each with a source on the linked pages: - A direct EA and an MCA-E can be migrated to CSP administratively by a CSP partner approved for it (Azure Expert MSP or Solutions Partner with direct billing). There is no downtime, subscription and resource IDs stay the same and existing permissions (Azure RBAC) stay intact. - An indirect EA, pay-as-you-go with a credit card and an MCA signed online cannot be migrated administratively. They need a technical migration to new CSP subscriptions in the same tenant; Intercept handles that from start to finish. - Quota increases move to CSP. Cost history, Azure support plans, Dev/Test subscriptions and SaaS from the Marketplace do not move automatically; Intercept arranges them in advance. - Below €50,000 a month, support is included with Intercept: a regular point of contact with Azure specialists, 24/7 available. From €50,000 a month, 24/7 CSP Enterprise Support is part of the programme, at a reduced rate. If you pay for Azure by credit card, Microsoft provides self-help only; technical help there requires a paid support plan. - If Azure is spread across multiple tenants, Intercept merges them into one tenant, with one invoice under one contract. - Since 1 November 2025, everyone pays the Level A price for online services under an EA, such as Microsoft 365. According to most sources, Azure usage had no price levels. - Intercept gives a discount on Azure usage that rises with monthly usage: published as up to 12% from €50,000 a month (CSP Enterprise programme), and below that indicatively 5%, 7%, 9%. - AI adds new cost items: models in Microsoft Foundry, data in Microsoft Fabric and Copilot in Microsoft 365. Intercept helps keep cloud and AI costs under control. - This is the site of a CSP partner. Where going directly to Microsoft (MCA-E) can be cheaper, the site says so. ## Pages - [Same Azure.
